The American School of Madrid is responsible for processing personal data. The American School of Madrid has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the type of personal data processed in order to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access.

Likewise, the American School of Madrid guarantees that it has implemented measures to:
